Rates are in Nigerian naira, per day/night. The refundable caution fee is ₦20,000 for Royal and Regal single rooms, and ₦35,000 for the one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. It is charged in addition to accommodation and refunded after checkout if there is no damage and the apartment is vacated on time. Your enquiry is a request, not a confirmed booking. Our team will confirm availability, your total quote, payment arrangements and cancellation terms before you commit.
Availability and pricing
Sending a form does not hold an apartment or guarantee availability. Published rates, where shown, are daily/nightly rates in Nigerian naira. Our team will confirm the total price, any applicable charges, the apartment, and your dates before you commit.

Payment and confirmation
This website does not collect payments or card details. Our team will explain the payment arrangements and issue booking confirmation separately. Check payment details directly with us before transferring money.
Changes, cancellations and arrival
Check-in is from 12 noon. Check-out is at 11:00 am. A valid ID is required at check-in.
Cancellation terms, payment arrangements, and any change fees will be shared with you before confirmation. Please ask the team if anything is unclear, especially when planning an extended stay or special request.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
- Pets are not allowed.
